Job Title- HR Executive Recruitment

Our client is a $1.2 billion conglomerate and is positioned as one of the world’s most recognized
Apparel and Textile Manufacturing Company. The organization is headquartered in Sri Lanka
with 42 manufacturing facilities placed across 10 countries, with design locations placed in key
style centers across the globe and with over 70,000 people involved in its operation. Their
requirements are as follows.

Qualifications and Experience-

• Degree/Diploma in Management
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment in a multinational company or bank.
• Candidate should be between the ages of 25-30
• Preferably female

Personal Attributes and Skills

• Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact
  professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
• Should be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  An attractive remuneration package will be offered
