Job Specification

• Degree or PQHRM full qualification
• Experience in L & D will be an added qualification.
• Good command of written and spoken English language, computer literacy (Ms Excel).
• Should have presentation skills and analytical skills.

Job Description

• Administration of Payroll and admin work
• Develop and conduct trainings
• Overlook overall key results areas
• Meet training requirements.
• Should be disciplined and a team player.
• Should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Should have high integrity.
• Should be able to work extended hours if required.
• Living in and around Colombo will be an advantage.
