Role Profile

  • Implement GSK Production system in GSK Sri Lanka Supply Chain Sites
  • Continuously seek avenues for efficiency enhancements
  • Facilitate the development of a well-conceived Kaizen/projects roadmap and 6-Sigma plan which supports strategic priorities
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement events in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity
  • Mastery of VSM, problem solving, transactional, AM and standard work, Kaizen tools; facilitate the training and development of the local team on these core tools
  • Maintain project/process documentation including tracking of results

Personal Profile

  • Degree in Science / Degree in Operations Management/ Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Black Belt or Green Belt in Six Sigma will be a definite advantage
  • Minimum of 02 years experience in manufacturing environment in a reputed company with previous exposure to Operational Excellence and Lean Sigma Concepts
  • High degree of proficiency in MS office packages especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change
  • Good command in both English and Sinhala language
  • Age below 30 years
