General Manager Senok Windows

We are looking for an individual with technical, marketing and sales competencies to head Senok Windows (Pvt.) Ltd. which is engaged in the fabrication of UPVC doors & windows for the construction industry.

Skills in sales & marketing, business planning, minimising stock holding cost, estimating finished product costing, and managing a team of skilled staff in the Factory and the Sales Departments is essential.

• Having personal contacts with Architects, Building Contractors, and other opinion leaders would be an added qualification.
• Having hands-on experience in MS Excel spreadsheets is also essential.  The ability to use AutoCAD and other design software would be an added qualification.
• A good written and oral command of Sinhala & English is very important.
• Age below 45 years.
• A background in a similar industry such as Aluminium fabrication would be considered with favour.
• The salary package is negotiable based on competency.
