Our client is a state-owned corporation established in 1974 and is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in Qatar and reuires the following:

Financial Analyst 

Business Improvement

1) University degree or college diploma / accounting commerce

2) a recognized professional accounting qualification as ACCA, ACA or CPA in accounting finance

3) at least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the relevant field

4) Good knowledge of Financial Accounting & management Systems

5) Good knowledge of Financial & Accounting process & concepts

6) have very good report writing skills

7) Possess strong analytical skills

8) Should be tactful and have logical approach to problem solving

9) Should have good command of written and spoken English

10) Should have through knowledge of latest accounting theories principles & practice

11) Proficiency over MS office Suites; Word, Excel, Power Point, Access have the inclination to learn new techniques and methods to streamline existing financial processes and principle Thereof

12) Working knowledge in Sap or other ERP package is an advantage

 

  • Document & Maintain Financial Process,Methodology and System on Business Process Improvements Initiatives. Purposes updates and enhancement on financial processes methodology and system.
  • Undertake activities related to Business Process analysis with user department in Finance in coordination with Financial System Division
  • Evaluate the business process initiatives / automation request / Sap change request s/ Service desk system, and coordinates the analysis of current and to be processed within finance departments to come up with desired changes
  • Salary Negotiable
