Executive – Production (Naiwala)
As an Executive – Production you would be required to co-ordinate and load lines effectively as per the production plan, administer the sewing in process & manage the human resource to facilitate the production of garments in order to ensure required quality standards and timely delivery.
You would also be required to
- Ensure the production of High Quality garments in right quality and quantity in order to deliver on time
- Communicate accurate information related to production and physical & Human resources
- Obtain the assistance and specialized service of supportive departments as and when the production process requires the same
- Maintain the performance of the individual , modules, section & evaluate & assess fairly & timely in order to maintain required efficiency level while ensuring the correct mix of skills, knowledge and attitude
- Drive the team to adhere to the systems / procedures and health and safety practices such as needle / trimmer procedures
- Ensure effective utilization of the SAP system in order to make operational decisions in assigned areas
Qualifications and Experience;
- Diploma/ Degree in Textile or Clothing Technology
- An outstanding Team Player with more than 1 year work experience
- Sound knowledge about the Apparel Production Process
- Excellent Communication & People Management Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Knowledge in TPS/ Lean would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage
