Our client, a leading facility management &
maintenance company in UAE, requires the following

 

Electricians

• Maintenance of electrical installations and associated equipment.
• Installation of electrical systems and associated equipment.
• Flexible to be available for 24/7 standby duties.
• The responsibility for allocated work orders from receipt to completion.
• Immediately notify the supervisor of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work.
• Health and Safety policies and practices are essential to this role and are a condition of employment.
• Provide progress reports on allocated work orders.
• Carry out all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to all regulations in respect of Electricity at Work.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Hold a recognized electrical qualifications.
2. Good standard of education with 8 + years in depth experience with relevant history of electrical installation, maintenance and repair in large / commercial and residential premises.
3. Experience of installation, testing and maintenance and troubleshooting of HV and LV distribution systems. Must be able to read and follow wiring diagrams.
4. Experience of standby power systems including prime movers, UPS, standby generators.
5. Experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements, and permit to work systems.
6. Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence. Strong customer service focus. Identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives and priorities.
7. Good understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
8. Good level of interpersonal and communication skills. Good language ability in both spoken and written English.
9. Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) practices and policies.
10. Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines. Maintain accuracy when under pressure.
11. Hold a valid driving license.

Salary AED 1200 – 1800 (Rs. 38,400 – 64,800) plus Free Food or Food allowance (AED 350) Accommodation, medical, transport &  both way Air Tickets provided
