Job Title : Customer Service cum Tech support
Job Role : Will be responsible to attend to customer inquiries over the phone as well as over the
and follow-up on customer requests & complaints made by coordinating with the relevant
departments. Will need to assist customers on technical issues if persists.
Qualifications:
 Should have technical knowledge
 Should be able to converse in English / Sinhala or Tamil fluently
 Preferably with Customer Service Experience
Personal Attributes and Skills:
 Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
 Excellent attention to detail
 Ability to work on own and as part of a team
 Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel and Word
 Should be willing to work on a roster including weekends
