Full-Time Looking for Customer Care Assistant
Job Description
LOLC Insurance Company Ltd, a new venture within the LOLC Group, is looking for dynamic and result oriented individuals who are willing to perform in a challenging and rewarding environment for the following positions.
Duties are
- Answering incomming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents, inquiries, assesments & complaints.
- Assist Shift Leader for Call Centre Operation.
- Answering calls professionally.
- Obtaining accident details & updating the same to he system.
- Assigning assessors.
- Carrying out follow up calls.
- Handling & resolving customer inquiries & compliants.
- Identifying problematic cases & escalating it to superior.
Qualifications
- Successfully complete G. C. E. Advanced Level.
- Excellent vocal & writing skills (if trilingual would be an added advantage).
- Excellent customer servicing ability.
- Computer Typing.
- Previous working Experience in Call Center.
