Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 05 years experience as a Personal Assistant/Coordinator/Confidential Secretary preferably in a bank / financial institution

Completion of a diploma / relevant qualification in the secretarial field

Special Skills

  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with staff at all levels, clients, Directors and Regulators
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills

Job Profile

  • Provide secretarial / administrative assistance to DGM – Legal’s Office
  • Prepare the first drafts of the Board, BSC and Nominations Committee meetings based on the meeting notes kept by the Company Secretary
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Service Unit and CEO’s Office to obtain the approved minutes
  • Provide administrative support services
  • Coordinate the CBSL statutory examination and compile the examination report
  • Provide assistance to the Corporate Services Unit & Legal Department
  • Provide assistance to the Board Members and Corporate Management
