Consultant – Business Support Center
Position Summary:
To ensure timely completion of all pre-requisites for invoicing. Invoicing should also be done for each time line by monitoring and coordinating with all the account’s points of contact or account leadership if required, at the ATC. You will be required to customize reports from general reports, analyse, find the root cause and take action according to the situation and urgency by coordinating with all the BSC partners. You will be responsible for carrying out all routine tasks as well as ad hoc requirements that would arise.
Experience:
1. 3-5 Years experience in Finance/ Analyst capacity
2. Experience in KPO/ BPO/ IT industry will be considered an advantage
Skill Requirement:
- Mandatory Skills:
1. Knowledge of time entry to invoicing cycle
2. Knowledge of project management activities
3. Problem solving skills
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. Communications skills
- Other Skills:
1. Knowledge of Lead to Cash cycle
2. Revenue operations
