Job Title- Executive – Commercial Procurement

Our client Our client is a leader in the telecommunication industry operating since 1989 in the Sri Lankan Market providing telecommunications solutions/service to all segments. They provide a wide coverage of services including voice, non-voice and other value added services.

The company requirements are as follows-

Qualifications and experience

• Undergraduate or part / full qualification in supplies and material management
• Part qualification in CIM /SLIM will be an added advantage
• Be innovative and must be fluent in English
• Experience in a similar field and in handling artwork, promotional material and event coordination will be an added advantage
• Should be below the age of 28

Job Role

• Liaise with overseas / local suppliers to procure goods and services
• Responsible for procurement related system usage, report generation and PO generation
• Liaise with suppliers for commercial related requirements.
• Coordinate with users for sample/concept approval
• Ensure the best product/service at the best price for the organization.
• Responsible for direct interaction with suppliers and user departments

Personal Attributes and skills

• Should be self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.
• Excellent levels of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
