Batching Plant Operator (Qatar)

Competency-fit
As a Batching Plant Operator, you are expected to be operated mixing plant to produce batches of concrete from cement, sand, aggregate, water and other ingredients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee plant operations, fork truck operations and Perform general housekeeping.
- Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment/Load and unload trucks and rail cars.
- Ensure plant adheres to safety and environmental rules.
- Conceptualize, design, and implement plant improvement projects.
- Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
- Conduct area inspections and audits.
- Perform calibration check of scale accuracy at the beginning of each work shift.
Package
- Salary will be QR 1800 – 2200 (1 QR = 36 LKR)
- Meal Allowance – 200 Qatar Riyals + O.T
- Free Accommodation, Transport, Medical
- Free Air Tickets/Free Visa / Resident Permit
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- At least 2 years working experience (Preferably with G.C.C. experience)
- Technical training or related experience with concrete batching.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of concrete batching technology, equipment, methods, and safety procedures.
Ideal candidates should be between 28 – 50 years of age.
