        Bakery Production Manager

We are on the look-out for a creative ‘Bakery Production Manager for our client a leading a food company  in Dubai.

Candidate Profile

Age: – 25 – 35

Gender: – Male

Salary – Salary Package:- AED 8000/- to 10,000 (all inclusive)Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits.

Requirements: –

BAKERY PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Objective:

The role will involve operational management of production team ensuring production targets are achieved as per customer requirements. Development of recipe formulation, Quality control as per ISO standards & HACCP.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organizing daily sequence of production runs whilst coordinating daily issues

2. Working to tight key performance indicators (KPI’s) which measure production efficiency, quality and food standards

3. Training & Monitoring staff.

4. Waste analysis

5. Forecasting and planning

6. To oversee the product delivery from receiving of the right raw material to production of the product and packaging as per company policy standard set

7. Knowledge of the Bakery ingredients and formulations in development of products

8. Compliance with Company policies and product specifications

Competencies (in order of importance)

• Ten years experience in the production of quality breads, pastry and cakes.
• Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. • Leadership — Job requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction. • Self Control — Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations. • Attention to Detail — Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. • Stress Tolerance — Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations

• Salary package based on experience and skills for the right candidate
• Trade test mandatory

The right candidate should have a good attitude, good communication skills, clear spoken and written English, good computer and planning skills. Need someone who can work with minimum supervision and is proactive.
