Job Description
Job Title- Assistant Manager – Products (Pre Paid) Voice
Our Client is a leader in the telecommunication industry operating since 1989 in the Sri Lankan Market providing telecommunications solutions/service to all segments. They provide a wide coverage of services including voice, non-voice and other value added services.
Qualifications and experience
- Should Possess a Professional Qualification CIMA/CIM/ Part or Full MBA
- Technical background would be an added advantage
- High degree of numerical, analytical skills, computer skills and knowledge on MS Excel Advanced is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in teams and projects within
- Over 2 Years in Telco environment is preferred
Job Role
- Identify and meet segment needs with comprehensive Road maps for the segment on a Pre Paid offering to drive business KPI’s
- Design and Implement Marketing Plans to Annual KPI’s set for Post- Paid category
- Manage product lifecycle on Post-Paid services
- Stay up to date with Technology Trends and apply such knowledge to drive the category
- Develop new product feature and functionality in partnership with Engineering and IT
- Project manage Product Related activities
- Develop effective channel strategies to enhance uptake of product by consumers
- Design effective pricing for offerings and solutions within the category
- Monitor drivers of Product performance and KPI’s
- Provide correct and accurate product information to Finance, Business Planning, Sales and Distribution and Customer Support divisions as and when necessary
