Job Title- Assistant Manager exports/imports
Our client is a leading provider of freight forwarding and supply chain management services. For more than 100 years, they have been providing customers with transportation and logistics solutions that support the way they want to do business.
Ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications
Qualified custom house license.
More than 5 years’ experience in similar field.
Candidates should be responsible:
– Coordinate day to day LSS operations with customers.
– Customer debtors follow up & notification.
– Timely invoice dispatch fulfilling the customer requirement
– Managing wharf team in day to day operations
– Based on the LSS job costing, preparation of the advance cash templates
– Update the cash request report for cash approvals and dealing with all the other cash transactions.
– Preparing LSS jobs file for settlements
– Handling CHA agreements/VPN logins
– Coordination with Sri Lanka Customs Exports Facilitation Centre(Trico logistics)
– Ad hoc jobs (US Embassy shipment, Shangri La, etc.)
– Preparing reports.
– Preparing Trico logistics cash templates and SLPA templates for settlements
Candidates should be flexible with working hours, male candidates would be preferred over female. Suitable candidates will be able to negotiate on the salary package.
