We are looking for a suitably skilled and talented individual with following qualifications to offer this great career opportunity.
Qualifications and experience
- Understanding of the workings in an office environment
- Quickbook and Pay roll experience
- Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
- Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with customers and external contacts
Job responsibilities·
Cash Flow, Budgeting & Bank Reconciliation.
General administration work as and when required.
Reconciling the bank statements on a weekly and monthly basis.
Assisting with credit control, chasing debt via telephone, email and letter Allocating incoming payments onto the ledger.
