CN Global Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is an Australian based company serving overseas software development markets. We are currently looking for an Associate Software QA Engineer to work as part of our software development team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze software requirement specifications and develop test plans/cases based on requirement specifications; Prepare test matrix, pass/fail criteria, risk assessment and assumptions
• Ensure features achieve the desired level of functional flow and quality – including reliability, security and performance
• Heavily influence the options for ‘building in’ testability during design and development phases

Requirements

• Degree in IT or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of 06 months experience as an Associate software QA engineer OR Trainee and tested multi-tier Web applications
• Passionate about QA and keeping current with industry trends and best practices
• Proficiency with automation tools is an added advantage,
• Experience with distributed environments in a Microsoft Windows Server, Web and applications servers and SQL Server topology
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a small, highly accountable development environment
• Proven problem solving aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
