VACANCY FOR JUNIOR ARCHITECT/ ARCHITECTURAL
AUTOCAD DRAFTSPERSONS/ INTERIOR DESIGNERS
An Architectural & Interior Design Firm based in Dehiwela is looking for confident, team
orientated Individuals who are capable of working in a dynamic work environment for immediate
recruitment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Produce Architectural & Interior drawings for Residential and Commercial projects.
• Preparing mood boards for presentations
• Researching & drawing up design ideas
• Developing detailed designs, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software or
small-scale models
• Producing architectural & interior details for construction & production.
• Taking site measurements.
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
• Project Management & co-ordination.
• Learning and assisting senior designers & architects in all aspects of running projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 2 Year’s minimum work experience For Draftspersons in producing architectural
drawings.
• Knowledge in Interior/Architecture Design/Structural will be added advantage.
• The right candidate should be detailed oriented, organized, have a strong sense of time
Management, be fast paced, be self-motivated.
• Good Knowledge in latest AutoCad Soft wares & Microsoft Office softwares.
• Skilled in Photoshop / Sketch up / 3D Studio Max will be an added advantage
• Pass out students from Technical Colleges & Architecture/ Interior Interns also could
apply.
