Job Description

Job Role :   You will be responsible to filter screen and schedule candidates for clients according to their requirements. You will be directly dealing with the clients and will be required to make sure all the vacancies assigned to you are closed within the assigned time period.

Qualifications:  

  • Diploma or a similar qualification in HR.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling Recruitment.
  • Should be able to communicate in English fluently.
  • No previous experience required.

Personal Attributes and Skills:

  • Actively handling clients inquiries and requests.
  • Selecting appropriate form of member communication.
  • Keeping member updated regularly, set deadlines for updates & meet them or provide new update deadline in advance of current one expiring.
  • Providing quality suggestions.
  • A hard worker with a passion towards the job role.
  • Energetic / pleasant outgoing personality.
