Human Resources Manager
The ideal candidate must have the presence and confidence to work in a diversified work environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify talent gaps and proactively meet with talented prospects who will infuse our organization with new skill sets
- Develop timely, cost-effective staffing strategies to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for all job openings
- Utilize best practice, screening and interviewing techniques to narrow the candidate pool
- Be active and develop professional relationships within the group
- Evangelize the company, ensuring potential employees are excited about working
- Ensure a positive experience in the organization
- All other HR related work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR
- 5+ years of solid experience in a similar capacity in a renowned organization
- Ability to work under pressure
- Being passionate about work
- Being a team player and strong networking skills
- Strong command in English and Sinhala languages
- Must have the gravitas to interact with the senior management
