SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS

• Should have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or construction related disciplines
• Should have more than 5 years experience in Residential Sales and Marketing for developers or equivalent.
• Should have experience in sales and marketing campaigns  for residential property development projects in SriLanka.
• Should have a good understanding in Sri Lanka’s residential market as well as contract practices.
• Should have good PR skills.
• Should have good communication skills.

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
