Operations Manager 

• Age below 40 years
• Must possess a Degree or NTD qualification from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Experience in managing production & knowledge of the production process
• Should be able to lead, guide and motivate a team through outstanding supervisory and follow up
• Having knowledge in Logistic and Procurement is an added advantage
• Must have excellent skills in implementing systems
• Ability to work under pressure to meet target and deadlines
