Qualifications and skills
Degree in mechanical engineering
Responsibilities
· Sets up and operates lathes, milling machines, precision grinders, drill presses, band saws, shapers and other powered metal-working tools to machine parts to specified dimensions
· Select tools and materials for the job
· Detect problems by listening for specific sounds
· Adjust cutting speed to compensate for harmonic vibrations.
· Monitor the accuracy of cuts.
· Wight lifting and work at height as per the requirement.
· Assist in preventative and predictive maintenance.
· Maintenance and repair jobs.
· Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to occupational health and safety regulation
· Perform other duties as required.( Painting,welding,fabrication and assembling of machine parts,
· Prepare to perform above duties in the workshop as well as factories belong to our customers.
· Responsible for ISO activities.
· Attend to daily and big cleaning
· Responsible for the 5S in the workshop.
