POST – LEGAL OFFICER (Job Code -L2) 

JOB PROFILE

  • Drafting, Reviewing and Executing Commercial Agreements.
  • Examination of title to land and attending to Notarial work including attestation of Deeds.
  • Attending to matters pertaining to Litigation and liaising with external lawyers.

PERSONAL AND SKILLS PROFILE

  • Should be an Attorney – at – Law with the Notaries License to practice in English.
  • Should have at least 07 years working experience in a similar capacity in the Corporate Sector.
  • Should possess an excellent command of English, both oral and written and must be computer literate.
  • Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and a self starter who can work with minimum supervision in a methodical and organized manner.
