ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – COMMERCIAL VEHICLE DEPT

(Kurunegala Branch)

SENOK is engaged in the marketing of well known brands of vehicles and construction equipment, some of the better known brand names being Audi, Volkswagen, Subaru, JCB, Sakai, Kobelco, UD Nissan, Eicher, Mitsubishi, and Vogele. Market leadership the company enjoys in most of the brands we represent is due to the dedicated contribution of highly talented employees.

We are now looking for a result oriented, dynamic person with a winning attitude and solid track record, who can guide, motivate and lead a team of talented & dedicated young executives and who is ready to take up a highly challengeable but exciting career in our Eicher Commercial Vehicle department in Kurunegala.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Strong inter-personal skills and excellent team player who can work with, drive and motivate a team of talented Sales staff to achieve company goals
2. Strategic thinker and experience in handling corporate clientele and working with Government organizations
3. Fluency in English and Sinhala. The ability to speak Tamil would be an advantage
4. Willingness to travel extensively and work smartly and methodically as per management expectations & guidance
5. Good educational qualifications in conjunction with part or full – marketing qualifications would be an advantage
6. Experience in the Commercial Vehicle Industry would be a distinct advantage.

The ability to reside in reasonably close proximity to the workplace.

Remuneration: Negotiable but in par with industry standards, based on competency & experience.
