Assistant Manager/Manager (Quality)
Our client is a multinational company which provides the customer support services and outsourcing services globally.
The Role
As the Assistant Manager (Quality), you will be responsible for overall quality in the center, ensuring reporting timelines & targets n the company.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Telecom, BPO, Back Office which at least 3-4 years should be in quality.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Customer Service/Business Administration.
- Exposure in COPC and Six Sigma standards.
- Excellent command in English, Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
