We are on the lookout for an IT Officer for our well reputed multi-international client company located in Colombo

Job Description

Repair and troubleshoot laptops as and when issues arises, both software and hardware related.
Install and update software and apps. ( in new laptops and existing laptops )
Assist Outlook / SAP / Domain password reset.
Taking Quotations in case of new IT assets purchase.
Update and maintain IT Assets list.
Activate and issue new SIM to SR.
Data Allocation to all employees and maintain Data allocation in Bizcare app.
Coordination point for third party service provider.
Ensuring Network connectivity factory and HO.
Purchase of IT assets accessories.
Assist HR and Admin interventions in the Company
Essential

Diploma related to IT
At least 2 years of experience in the same field
