Full-Time Intern – HR and Administration Services

Job Description

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scheduling interviews via phone and email, booking calanders of interviewers and coordinate of interviews
  • Effective execution of the onboarding process including onboardging documentation
  • Assist with the organzing of employee engagement events
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and conferences
  • Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
  • Maintain dashboards and generating reports
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders appropriately
  • Receiving and sorting postal mail and liasing with couriers for on-time document delivery
  • Manage the the company shuttle service and meal ordering system
  • Adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 quality standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:  

  • Should have partially completed a Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management

Technical Competencies:

  • Solid communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Time Management
  • Profeciency in Microsoft Office suite
