Full-Time Intern – HR and Administration Services
Job Description
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling interviews via phone and email, booking calanders of interviewers and coordinate of interviews
- Effective execution of the onboarding process including onboardging documentation
- Assist with the organzing of employee engagement events
- Planning and scheduling meetings and conferences
- Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
- Maintain dashboards and generating reports
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders appropriately
- Receiving and sorting postal mail and liasing with couriers for on-time document delivery
- Manage the the company shuttle service and meal ordering system
- Adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 quality standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Should have partially completed a Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Management
Technical Competencies:
- Solid communications skills (verbal and written)
- Time Management
- Profeciency in Microsoft Office suite
