 Degree in Industrial Engineering or any relevant professional 

qualification.

 Minimum 3 years relevant work experience preferably from 

apparel industry

Job Role

 Monitor SMV’s given to new styles

 Monitor overall operations and production processes

 Analyze the construction of the garment together with the 

technical team

 Analyze new styles, prepare operations break down

 Prepare machine allocation techniques

Skills

 Sound leadership skills

 Good networking skills

 Strong people skills
