Job Description

Human Resources Manager is required for one of the leading hotels in Sri Lanka.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

1/ Diploma in HR Management or equivalent

2/ At least 10 years’ experience with some period in a reputed star class hotel

3/ Should be able to develop and implement strategies, prepare internal procedures and policies.

4/ Skilled in recruitment should be able to attract and retain good staff

5/ Should have the ability to admin functions, maintenance and facilities management.

6/ good knowledge of the Labour Law

7/ Age below 45 years
