Sales Executive – FMCG
We are on the lookout for a Sales Executive for our well reputed client company who is into FMCG industry located in Colombo 15.
Salary : Negotiable
The most important characteristics are the ability to :

- Stand out in the crowd.
- Talk and present with confidence.
- Comfortably talk to senior management, both internally and externally.
- Utilize local business contacts/network to help grow our customer base.
- Communication skills.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Build new customer base aligned with company strategic focus areas and additional market analysis.
- Grow share of wallet for assigned customer base through value added selling and relationship building.
- Maintain customers in relevant sales opportunity management system.
- Manage customer visits, rolling opportunities and win rates against target.
- Guide products on market feedback with regard to services and pricing.
- Help to design and implement innovative sales approaches.
The ideal candidate should possess,
- At least 03 years of experience in FMCG industry.
- SLIM / CIM would be an added advantage.
