Job Description
Our Client is a leading diversified company in Sri Lanka.
Qualifications and experience
· Below 28 years with at least 1 year experience in the field of HRIS
· Degree in HR or PQHRM (Candidates who are following PQHRM can be considered)
Job Role
- Plan, direct, and coordinate HRIS activities of the organization to maximize the use of human resources and maintain functions.
- Direct the design, selection and implementation or modification of HRIS and other HR computer solutions.
- Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements related to recordkeeping and reporting.
