Qualifications and experience
- Extensive experience in HR generalist roles – not less than 8 years- MBA or equivalent degree
- Experience working in multi-cultural teams
- Strong leadership, ability to drive, inspire
- Extensive change management experience
- Strong numerical skills & experience managing budgets
- Great negotiation skills
- Assertive written and verbal communication skills
- Continuous improvement and right-sizing experience
- Understanding labor code
- Ability to multi-task
Job Role
The job holder will deal with various local aspects of HR and administration including policies & procedures, recruitment, inductions, appraisals, Industrial Relations, HR administration, training, career planning, localization, compensation and benefits framework, KPI reporting, HR systems, disciplinary actions.

• Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
• Capability to work under pressure in a competitive environment will be expected
• Ability to work on own and as part of a team
• A pleasing outgoing and a service oriented personality
