Qualifications and experience

• Previous work experience of 2 to 3 years in the field of HR with an IT background
• A degree in HRM or similar qualification

Job Role

• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements for all positions
• Maintain organizational staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program.
• Conduct exit interviews
• Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs for staff
• Maintain a pay plan
• Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees

Personal Attributes and skills

• Good communication skills
• Team leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills
