diverse sectors both internationally and locally.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous work experience of 2 to 3 years in the field of HR with an IT background
- A degree in HRM or similar qualification
Job Role
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements for all positions
- Maintain organizational staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program.
- Conduct exit interviews
- Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs for staff
- Maintain a pay plan
- Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees
