We are on the lookout for a HR Manager for our well reputed client company located in Katunayake.

Work attributes and qualifications

Advising management on the creation, revision, implementation, administration and compliance of all policies and procedures related HR policies and procedures.
Analyzing the company’s current HR policies, programs, and initiatives and recommending improvements and proposing new policies, programs
Conduct periodic audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
Performing a Gap Analysis on Company’s current Training programs and developing a comprehensive training program for all levels of the organization
Presenting Training session related to specific HR programs
