Job Description

If you plan to pursue a career in the field of Human Resources (HR), an internship will allow you to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge on HR processes, essential working knowledge, how to build and coordinate a good relationship with staff and learn how to communicate with people from all over the world.

Internship for Talent Acquisition

  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
  • Help with job posting internally and externally
  • Help shortlist candidates according to JD requirement
  • Schedule interviews and usher the candidates to the meeting
  • Assist with maintaining social media, job boards etc
  • Assist with the college recruiting programs
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and mentoring programmes
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery on reporting
  • Ensure tracking sheets and system updates are done in accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain high level of data accuracy and privacy

Skills required

  • Attention to detail
  • HR qualification – Fully or part qualified
  • Excellent Excel skills
