Full-Time HR Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Maintain the organization carder through recruitment process
- Initiating and implementing new training programs
- Maintain employee benefit programs by assessing benefit needs and trends
- Assist the implementation of performance management process
Requirements:
- Degree from recognize university / Diploma in Human Resource Management from IPM / NIBM
- 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Good knowledge on all key results areas of HR
- Strong IT skills with past experience in HRIS
- Excellent Communication skills
- Below 32 years of age
