Full-Time Head of Sales & Marketing
Job Description
Our client support the customers optimize their media budgets, oftentimes one of the single largest line items on their P&L.
They work with their customers to translate their corporate and brand marketing objectives into quantitatively-based media plans that have the greatest chance of success to meet their goals.
As Head of Sales & Marketing your responsibilities include:
– Developing and executing strategic plans for brands, sales and marketing and ensuring key messages are delivered to the target markets.
– Participate in the development of business cases for new projects/ initiatives.
– Leading, inspiring, coaching and motivating team members to meet the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
– Managing individual and team performance during growth and NPD
– Ensure compliance with corporate governance, policies and procedures.
The right person for the role must be:
– A natural sales driver.
– Inspirational, driven and supportive.
– Intelligent and able to contribute to product mix and strategy.
– Have a sound commercial acumen, with a strong track record of achieving significant results in a business to business sales environment.
– Demonstrate innovation and tenacity.
– Have strong leadership skills, team orientation and desire to excel.
– Have strong management skills including decision-making, negotiation, risk management and interpersonal skills.
– The ideal candidate will come from a media, advertising or publishing related background.
