GLOBAL IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are on the lookout for a Global IT Support Specialist for our well reputed multi-international BPO client company located in Kaduwela.
• Tier-1 Support for field activity issues.
• Technical assistance with mobile platforms iOS, Android, Windows 8.
• Regularly working with tickets (Jira).
• Identifying and evaluating pipeline issues by monitoring a live system.
• Optimizing monitoring tools and identifying flaws.
• Contribution to the company knowledge base and maintenance.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines.
· Ability to prioritize and manage escalations.
· Experience in customer support positions.
· Good English skills – reading and writing.
· Team player, with proven ability of working in a dynamic environment.
· Analytic approach and thinking outside of the box.
· Service oriented.
· Monitoring understanding and responsibility.
. Knowledge of MySql DB. (Queries)
· Experience with Jira / Confluence.
· Network / IT orientation.
· Experience in Web / Mobile Application support.
