Job Description
Our client – a well-established company in UK/Sri Lanka, who gives service to those needing nursing care their own homes. Requires a suitably qualified/experienced individual for the position of General Manager – Nursing
Requirements:
Female Registered Nurse with 10-15 years clinical experience. A reputed Organization, preferably with experience of managing diabetes patients or nursing home with exposure in International nursing would be a definite plus points.
Should be fully conversant with all aspect of a Nursing care operation and must be familiar with all the administration procedures preparing detailed reports and a level of computer literacy etc.,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to interact with all relevant parties across the group with a strong team orientation.
Active and dynamic personality and the passion to work in a methodical manner would be a definite plus
