Job Description
A Canadian company based in Ontario is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work as a Freelance Product Specialist/ Customer Support Executive.
The ideal candidate MUST posses the following:
* Be fluent in English OR French both written and spoken.
* Able to work independently without supervision.
* Able to answer customer inquiries from 7:30pm to 1:30 am Monday through Friday, Sri Lankan time.
* Have an unobstructed, private work space.
* Must possess a high-speed internet connection through which an company- provided VOiP phone would operate.
* Must possess a personal computer/ laptop with webcam
* Must be able produce a verifiable police clearance.
The ideal candidate will be paid a base pay plus commission. Terms are negotiable. The contract is subjected to a 3 month probation.
