Brief Description of the job:
Monitoring of Alerts received through Issuer and Acquirer systems which is a 24*7 process where card Centre Risk Management manages the operation from 8.00AM TO 8.00pm on weekdays and 10.00AM to 06.00PM on weekends. Inputting card status changes, SMS alert activation, Capturing replacements and communication with overseas Banks with regard to transaction confirmations
Job Specification: (Qualifications/Experience/special requirements etc.)
Should be able to work a 07 hour shift on a roster basis on weekdays and a 08 hour shift during weekends(would receive a day off during a week day except on Friday) Shift times on week days are from 08.00AM to 03.00PM and 01.00PM to 08.00 PM. Shift times for weekends are 10.00AM to 06.00PM.
