Salary: Basic Rs. 25,000 + Commission + company vehicle

Currently they are looking for sefl-motivated dynamic individuals with a passion for sales to join thier team as Field Sales Executives.

Field Sales Executive – The Role:

– Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating our position in the industry

– Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending customised solutions to suit their needs.

– Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

– Support the Head of Sales to develop a structured sales environment

– Suggest product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

– Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

– Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing set targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Excellent Presentation & Negotiation Skills

– Ability to maintain strong relationships with Clients

– Excellent communication skills & a strong team player

– Self-motivated and ability to meet sales targets

– A/L should have at least 2 S in any stream

– at least 2 years experience in sales of Hardware items or similar

– Driving license for bicycle and light vehicle

– English speaking and writing ability

You must be willing to work in Colombo and other locations in Western province.

What we offer the ideal candidates:

– Basic salary 25,000/- + 2% sales commission

– Company Vehicle after 1 year

– Contribution towards EPF/ETF on completing 03 months
