Executive – Technical – MAS Intimates
Purpose of the Job
As Executive – Technical you are required to provide technical advice/ guidance to the Method Study and QCO teams in order to develop the most effective sewing methods whilst, ensuring quality requirements are met thereby, facilitating the production process
Your duties include;
- Participate at the sampling stage for new styles by attending for Style briefing, Conduct Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Analyze pre-production samples for new styles and verify the accuracy of complete style information in order to ensure all samples meet customer specifications
- Analyze samples, identify style specifications/ quality points/ measurements with the Tech pack and develop effective sewing methods together with the team facilitating a smooth production flow
- Participate at internal pilot appraisals explaining relevant information such as critical points, tech pack details, trim card etc.
- Follow-up on machine pre-settings/ pre-training prior to the commencement of production by coordinating with the relevant departments/ teams
- Involve & Monitor the line feeding process and drive to achieve targets
- Follow-up on the line feeding process in order to ensure output meets the right quality and quantity
- Follow up QCO time, 1st 3 days efficiency and FTT
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Textiles or related field from a recognized institute
- 5 – 6 years of relevant work experience
