Job Description

Our client is a multinational company which provides the customer support services and outsourcing services globally and the office is located in Colombo 02.

The Role

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for drive all aspects of operation requirements and serve as a liaison between operations and the management to ensure client service level agreements are met.

Eligibility

To be successful you will need to possess:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Inbound/Outbound (voice), telecom & marketing process
  • Experience in managing team of 10-15 executives/specialists.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
