Essential requirements:

Qualification / Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• A degree in HRM or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
• More than 3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills considered as prerequisites
• Excellent knowledge over SL statutory law and act(s)
• Self-motivated and able to interact with all levels of people
• Able to handle labour issues and a very good knowledge of Labour tribunal and courts
• Good PC skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an advantage
