Job Description
Job Title- Sales Executive
Our client is a subsidiary of Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC: it undertakes the principal activities of investment in properties, property development, trading and management.
The company requirements are as follows-
The candidate is responsible of
- Sales of luxury apartments
- Coordinating and building relationship with customers and various other stake holders.
- Give up to date information to clients
- Check draft leases provided by the Legal department.
- Attend sales meetings as required with the relevant reports and updates for the Head of the Department (HOD).
- Prepare presentations to potential clients
- Carrying out market research.
Qualifications and skills
- Qualification in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry or minimum of 03 years’ experience in the Real Estate market or direct selling to high end.
- customers-luxury vehicles / life insurance / stock brokering / investment & finance
- Should possess good communications and interpersonal skills
- Age between 25 to 35
